1. Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a user of the 777bs platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 777bs platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or claim any bonus or promotion offered by 777bs. By completing the registration process, you explicitly confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 777bs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where underage use is suspected or confirmed.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a 777bs account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may hold only one active 777bs account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, 777bs reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

2.4 Geographic Availability

777bs is intended for players in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 777bs platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777bs makes no warranty that its services are legal or available in any jurisdiction outside of its intended markets. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of a third party when placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 777bs employee.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that covers the 777bs platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 777bs will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 777bs support immediately.

3.2 Accurate Personal Information

All personal information associated with your account must be accurate and kept up to date. 777bs uses this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension, delayed withdrawals, or permanent closure of your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

777bs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point at 777bs's discretion, you may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity and age. Acceptable documents typically include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed processing of withdrawal requests.

3.4 Player Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must not use the platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that losses are possible. 777bs is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings in your jurisdiction. 777bs does not withhold or remit taxes on Player winnings.
• You agree to contact 777bs support promptly if you believe an error has occurred in any game or transaction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777bs accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777bs does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties; you may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business hours to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of the originating bank.
• 777bs does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits made to an account that is subsequently found to be ineligible (e.g., underage, duplicate, or fraudulent) will not be refunded and may be forfeited.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777bs account.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals of real-money funds (not subject to any active bonus wagering requirement) are typically processed within a few hours for mobile wallet methods and within one business day for bank transfers.
• 777bs reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five business days for enhanced verification purposes where fraud or irregular activity is suspected.
• Any withdrawal request submitted while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will be held until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the 777bs platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777bs does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their financial institution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

777bs offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including a minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet limit during bonus play, and validity period. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotional page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following general wagering rules apply to all bonuses credited to a 777bs account:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only bets placed on eligible games contribute toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Contribution percentages by game type are listed on the promotions page.
• The maximum bet permitted per round or per spin while a bonus wagering requirement is active is ৳500, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the bonus-specific terms.
• Placing bets above the permitted maximum during an active wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus funds are played first before real-money funds are used, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

777bs takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus mechanics, coordinating with other Players to abuse a promotion, and withdrawing before wagering requirements are met while attempting to retain bonus funds. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, and 777bs reserves the right to close the account and withhold any balance held therein.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

777bs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, Players who have already activated the bonus will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms, unless the promotion was found to have been set up in error, in which case 777bs may void the promotion entirely and refund the qualifying deposit.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 RNG Certification

All casino games available on the 777bs platform — including slots, table games, and crash games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are independently random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the platform or the Player. 777bs only lists games from studio providers whose RNG systems have been independently audited and certified.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on the 777bs sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body of that sport. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 777bs's decision, based on available official data sources, is final. 777bs reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, or where there is evidence of match fixing or irregular activity affecting the event.

• Bets are accepted only while the relevant market is open. Bets submitted after a market has closed will be rejected.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency; 777bs reserves the right to void in-play bets that were placed after a material event (e.g., a wicket, goal, or game-changing incident) had already occurred but before the system could update.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Where an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules stated on the 777bs sportsbook rules page.

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, any bets or game rounds affected may be voided and stakes returned. 777bs is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions that are outside the control of the platform, including Player-side connectivity issues. Where a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, 777bs reserves the right to correct the payout to the amount that would have been awarded under normal operating conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777bs platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds for betting.
• Impersonating another person or entity on the platform.

7.2 Cheating and Manipulation

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error must be reported to 777bs immediately.
• Colluding with other Players or live dealer staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or insider betting on sporting events listed on the 777bs sportsbook.

7.3 Money Laundering

777bs is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. Depositing funds with no genuine intent to gamble — for the purpose of withdrawing clean funds — is strictly prohibited. 777bs monitors transaction patterns and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with its obligations. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your 777bs account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited unless the closure is requested as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion. Upon closure, your account data is retained in accordance with the 777bs Privacy Policy.

8.2 Closure by 777bs

777bs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Discovery that the account was registered by a person under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts in breach of the one-account policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring the termination of a Player relationship.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, 777bs reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

8.4 Amendments to These Terms

777bs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the 777bs platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Players who do not agree with the revised terms should close their account before the effective date.
